［ロンドン　３１日　ロイター］　２００９年に世界各地の美術館で開かれた特別展の１日当たりの来場者数調査で、日本の展示会が１位から４位を独占したことが分かった。英アート情報誌「The Art Newspaper」が発表した。
　それによると、１位は東京国立博物館の「国宝　阿修羅展」で、１日当たりの来場者数は１万５９６０人。２位は奈良国立博物館の「正倉院展」で同１４９６５人。３位には同９４７３人で東京国立博物館の「皇室の名宝―日本美の華」、４位は同９２６７人で国立西洋美術館の「ルーヴル美術館展　１７世紀ヨーロッパ絵画」が入った。
　ほかにも、国立新美術館の「THE ハプスブルク」が同５６０９人で１０位に入り、ベスト１０のうち半分を日本の展示会が占めた。
